Hi, y'all..

I'm back with another product review. This time is about a foundation that I was eyeing for a long time already. It's Estee Lauder Double Wear liquid foundation.

Well, it's not the first time I experience with this foundation. I tried their previous one, the old formula one, and I didn't like them because it sets on the skin like immediately! No much time for blending, that's why..

But this new formula of Double Wear, I LIKE!

I was attending Estee Lauder Indonesia event last month. And given by them this foundation, and I've give it a go for sometimes now. I like the result, it's not dead matte, yet not shiny either.

Love this foundation to even out my male clients' skintone. I usually mix this foundation with liquid bronzer to give me that healthy glow.

It has no pump to get the product out of its bottle. So you just pour it out, not too hygienic, and when not being careful, we can overpour/spill the product all over ourselves, or worse, on clients. OMG! #knocksonwood

I got the shade 'warm creme'.

As in the counter, I tried their digital iMatch device, I got Tawny 3W1.

But can't complain much, this Warm Creme is very similar to my natural skintone as well!

Just a slightly lighter, that's all.

This warm shade has yellow undertone, which I love! And it doesn't smell so bad, because it's fragrance free, so it's just smelling like foundation. HAHA

As you can see.. This foundation is very lovely! It even out my skintone in just one layer! Looking oh so natural too..

I put on this foundation using a flat foundation brush, and not setting it using any powder/spray.

The hollow of my dark circle around the eyes are vanished, as well as the redness around my nose.

I probably will stock up this foundation in another shades. LOL

The texture and finish is almost the same as my all time fave, Face Atelier Ultra Foundation.

BUT, Estee Lauder one is intransferable! Yes, when I blot my sweat using tissue paper, the foundation still stick on my face nicely. Even when I had a call, the foundation didn't licked on my phone's screen! How cool is that? And it's without setting powder, imagine if I set it with powder, and setting spray, it'll stay on your face all day! I believe its claim that says it can lasts up to 15-hours of usage, sweat-proof, and even in a humid condition.

Gee.. I'm such a lazy blogger. LOL

I am going to do a quick review on a BB cream that I've been trying for a week now.

It's Pond's Flawless White BB+ cream. 

This Flawless White BB+ cream is the new formulated ones by Pond's which came out with 2 shades, Light & Beige.

As you can see, the Light shade is kinda ashy with pink undertone(CMIIW).

It's great for you who has fair-light complexion.

But one thing that I notice was, this Light shade oxidized into a non-flattering shade on my face after 4-5 hours after application. It's looking ashy with an orangey hue. N.G.!

As for the Beige shade, it turns out to be a very yellow beigey shade. It's great for you who has a medium shade of skintone, with strong yellow undertone.

It didn't oxidize as crazy as the Light one.

Coverage wise, it didn't cover much. Sheer, buildable to light/medium coverage.

Note: I always use a little for the 1st layer(size of a piece of corn).

It did even out my skintone though. Tame out the reddish cheeks due to the exfoliation (twice a week). And as you can see, it has that kind of velvety, skin like finish. Not a dead matte, not dewy also. SUPER LOVE IT! Hence the perfect oil control. I notice that it only start oiling up after 3-4 hours after application(in my case, it's good. My T-zone can get very oily in an hour or 2). And even when it's oily, it looked good throughout the day.

I wore the BB+ cream to go out. In the taxi I took a snap of my face. Notice that I put on my sweater? I just want to try out if this BBcream melt down with my sweat or not.

Turned out, it did not. After I blot my sweat with tissue paper, it didn't transfer on the tissue either.

Once it's set, it's gonna be there on your face.

No blotchy patches, no redness appearing after blotting, Beige all over the face, Light on the forehead, bridge of the nose, C-areas, chin, and cupid bows(highlight areas for my face shape).

SPF 30, PA++ are very useful to sashay away the UV rays. Using chemical, and physical sunscreen ingredient, so expect some white cast on photos(but not scary/unflattering white cast though).

Still trying it out.. Just because I love the Beige one. It's really blend in with my skin, only a slight lighter.

Its texture is gel-ish. Transparant, and glide on skin smoothly!

Ingredient:

Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Trisiloxane, Silica, Dimethicone, Ethylhexyl, Salicylate, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Safflower Seed Extract, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Grape Seed Extract, Kola Seed Extract, Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract.

So, it's silicone based foundation primer. Bare in mind, if you're allergic to silicone, avoid this product at any cost!

Its shelf life is for 24 months.

I'm in LOVE with this product. Working great on my oily combination. It keeps my foundation stay on my face for almost all day long! Even after I blot my sweat using tissue paper.

The directions that shown in the back of the product packaging says that use only pea size of product onto moisturized skin.

I love this primer where it prepare my face, so my foundation glide on like a dream!

And also, fill in my pores, make my face looking photoready!

Still looking great without any overshine, yes?

I'm using a dewy finish, medium coverage foundation only, and set with NOTHING!

At work, the light is bright, and some rays of sunshine on my left side.

As you can see, the foundation still attached on my skin, perfectly.

The only changes I notice is slight oily areas on my nose, and cheeks.

My foundation around the nose faded away, but not by much.

Ok. Here's a selfie I snapped at the end of the day, before I'm going home after working all day.

My complexion still looking good, but with oil overload. LOL

Well, it's 12 hours already!

And I can fix the overshine by blotting with tissue paper after spraying Evian facial spray, and dust some face powder on them.

This is the end of my review.

Will I stock up when I ran out of it?

Maybe.. IN FULL SIZE! Hahaha..
